cup milk

tsp baking powder

tbsp unsalted butter

cup sugar

tsp vanilla

cup flour
egg
Instructions
1: Start by melting the butter. 2: In a medium size mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the middle. 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla, and egg. 4: Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well. As you’re whisking, add the melted butter. 5: If making pancakes, heat a pan at medium heat and spray it before adding the batter. When you flip pancakes, do not press on them so they don't deflate. 6: If making waffles, spray the heated waffle machine, then add about 1/2 cup of batter at a time.View original recipe
