What you need

lb beef cubes

yellow onion

tbsp flour

bay leaves

parsnip
tsp oil

clove garlic

Instructions
1: Coat the meat with flour. 2: Turn on the instant pot to 'SAUTE' mode and add oil. 3: Add the meat inside and sear all sides. Remove from pot and set aside. 4: While the instant pot is still hot, add about 1/2 cup of water or broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to remove all remnants of the searing. 5: Turn the instant pot off. 6: Peel and dice all the vegetables, leaving the garlic whole. 7: In the instant pot, combine all vegetables and spices. 8: Add water or broth up until right under the vegetable line. 9: Close the instant pot (seal the vent) and set to 'PRESSURE COOK' on high for 35 minutes. 10: When the timer ends, open the vent and wait until all the pressure is released before opening the pot.View original recipe
