cup brown sugar
tbsp oil

splash balsamic vinegar

Instructions
1: Rub kosher salt and pepper on both sides of the brisket. 2: In a non-stick skillet, add oil and sear the brisket on both sides. 3: Remove the brisket from the skillet and place it in a crockpot. 4: In the same skillet, fry the onions on medium heat until light brown. 5: Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet and mix until combined. 6: Pour the sauce over the brisket in the crockpot. 7: Turn the crockpot on low and cook for 7 hours. 8: Prepare a small metal pan. 9: Remove the brisket and place it on the pan. 10: With 2 forks, gently shred the beef completely. 11: Return the shredded beef to the crockpot and mix it in with the sauce. 12: Cook for an additional 45 minutes. 13: Enjoy!View original recipe
