Instructions
1: Start by tossing your chicken cubes in flour. 2: Heat a stainless steel skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add oil. 3: Brown your chicken on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside. 4: Add onion to the pan. Don’t let them brown. Once a little soft, add peppers and pineapple can. Reduce heat to low. 5: Add garlic, ginger, 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce, paprika, and salt. Let it cook for 5 minutes. 6: Return chicken to pan. Mix everything together, add cornstarch in water. Mix, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. 7: Remove from heat. Add remaining 1/3 sweet chili sauce. Top with sesame seeds and the greens of your choice.View original recipe
