Instructions
1: Start by drying your meat with paper towel. Heat a large skillet at high heat. Add oil. Sear ossobuco on both sides to create a thin crust. Set aside. 2: Bring down the heat to medium high. Fry onion, fennel, and carrots until soft and browned. Add wine and deglaze the pan. 3: Add garlic and sauté until translucent. Add the tomato can, lemon, and spices and simmer for a few minutes. 4: Reduce heat to a simmer. Return meat to the pan and baste with the sauce. Sprinkle cilantro.
