Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 300°F. 2: Start by drying your roast with a paper towel. Coat it with salt and pepper. 3: Heat a large pan with oil. Sear roast on all sides. Remove from pan and place in a baking dish. 4: Add onions and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté until soft. 5: Add chestnuts and sauté for a couple of minutes. 6: Add wine and honey. Let the alcohol evaporate and create a thick sauce. 7: Pour sauce on roast. Cover and bake for 3 hours, or until fork tender, basting every hour.View original recipe
