powdered sugar

cup orange juice

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325F. Coat a bundt pan with a layer of flour then a generous amount of non-stick cooking spray. 2: In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix for about a minute. 3: Add all other ingredients and mix at medium speed for about 2 minutes. 4: Pour batter into the bundt pan. 5: Bake for 55 min-1h, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6: Once cooled, transfer to a plate and infuse the cake with reduced poaching liquid. 7: Top cake with poached apples and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.View original recipe
