What you need

cup basmati rice

tsp turmeric

tsp black pepper

cup heavy cream
tbsp oil

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375 F. 2: Wash the rice until the water that runs through is clear. Put in a pot with all other ingredients. 3: Bring pot to a boil for 2 minutes then lower to a simmer and cover the pot. 4: Once almost all water is absorbed, turn off heat and leave the pot to absorb the residual heat. 5: While the rice is cooking, mix eggs with heavy cream and spices. Whisk until homogenous. 6: Spray a muffin tin generously with non-stick spray. Pour mixture until 3/4 of the tin. 7: Place desired toppings on each egg bite. 8: Bake for 20 minutes and 2 additional minutes on broil. 9: Serve with yellow rice and chopped salad.View original recipe
