These crispy, golden salmon fingers are easy to make and perfect as an appetizer for holiday lunches. Coated in spiced panko and baked until crunchy, they're a delightful treat combined with a honey mustard dressing.

tsp brown sugar

cup panko

tsp granulated onion

tsp paprika

tsp granulated garlic

tsp black pepper

salmon

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a small bowl, mix panko with all spices. 3: Dip salmon fingers into egg then spiced panko. Place on baking sheet.
