bay leaves

tsp paprika

lb beef cubes

tsp garlic powder
cup oil

sweet potato

Instructions
1: Start by tossing your beef cubes in flour and 1/2 tsp salt. 2: Using a large dutch oven, heat up oil at medium high heat. Sear meat cubes in oil. Remove and set aside. 3: Add onion to your hot dutch oven. Saute until soft. Add all other vegetables and spices. Mix and saute for a few minutes. 4: Return meat to pot. Add water and bay leaves.
