These Yellow Meatballs, loved by kids, are made with minced chicken and flavored with spices like turmeric and garlic. They're perfect on a bed of couscous or quinoa, absorbing the delicious yellow sauce.

Instructions
1: Start by processing your onion and potato in a mini chopper. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until incorporated. 3: Using oil for your hands, form balls and set aside. 4: Preheat oven to 350°F. 5: Heat a nonstick skillet to medium high heat, then add a thin layer of oil. Fry meatballs on both sides in batches and set aside in a baking dish. 6: Once done, mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl and pour on meatballs in baking dish. 7: Cover tightly and bake an extra 45 minutes in the oven.View original recipe
